Use Path-only References

Path-only references increase flexibility when making changes.

For example, use <a href="/blog.html"></a> rather than <a href="https://cs.exampleu.ca/blog.html"></a>

In the latter case, subsequently changing the domain name or access scheme (HTTP/HTTPS) would result in visitors encountering 404 errors.
